Vistorm is a fast growing venture capital backed (3i, Granville Baird, Credit Suisse First Boston), UK headquartered Internet Security and Application Delivery solutions and services provider.
The Role
To enable effective execution of the strategy, Vistorm needed to strengthen the Executive Board through hiring a senior executive from the IT professional services industry with a proven track record of building and managing the P/L for a successful business or practice. Gillamor Stephens conducted an in-depth search into the major consulting and integration organisations and presented a strong well qualified and motivated shortlist from which Vistorm ultimately decided to hire two individuals who both accepted the offer to join the Main Board.
