About Touchpaper
Touchpaper is a UK headquartered independent software company that develops, markets and implements its market leading suite of CRM, ITSM and Support products. Touchpaper became an independent entity in July 2001 as a result of a management buyout from its parent company, royalblue group.
The Role
As the company entered a new phase of growth, the decision was taken to strengthen the product development activities through hiring a Product Development Director. The Product Development Director takes ownership of the lifecycle of the product portfolio from specification, through design, development, testing and product management.
Client Feedback
Gillamor Stephens conducted an in-depth search of the application software sector specifically targeting Development Directors and CTOs leading development activities on Microsoft platforms.
