To achieve its ambitious business growth plans for the UK, the company needed to hire an outstanding business leader into the role of UK Country Manager. The successful candidate would be joining a dynamic and ambitious business and would hold revenue and profitability responsibility for the country office serving the UK and Ireland markets. It was critical that the required individual had the proven experience of successfully building a highly-scalable channel combined with strong sales and general management abilities. The search strategy targeted individuals within the IT industry with proven sales management experience, in a multi tier channel environment, with an underlying focus on those from the security software sector. All key assignment milestones were achieved and the new hire started with F-Secure 12 weeks from initiation of the assignment.
