Intense Limited Intense was founded in 2000, and designs and produces a range of transformational individually addressable laser array modules delivering a level of flexibility that allows customers to optimize the delivery of energy for the ultimate application.

Intense customers include leaders in the digital printing market, defence and other industrial markets.

The Role


The breadth and complexity of their market opportunity created the need to hire a highly experienced VP Sales and Marketing, a new role at a new level within the business. The core remit was to develop the global commercial strategy as part of the executive team and to then execute the plan.
