Our Client is a venture backed fabless semiconductor company based in the UK.
They are now looking to hire an outstanding Non-Exec Chairman to lead the board as it moves into an exciting phase of commercial growth and business expansion. They are a highly respected player in the cleantech and semiconductor market place, with a world-class management team and well positioned investors.
Key requirements:
• The Non-Executive Chairman will need to be able to commit to 2/3 days a month in the UK
• Will have a track record as a Chairman of early stage, high growth technology companies in the fabless semiconductor or electronics market.
• Strong operational business track record, complemented by recent non-executive activity.
• Experience of fund raising is essential, with M&A and exit experience being desirable.
