Our client
Our client is a leading international pharmaceutical company and is looking to recruit a Director of Compliance UK & Ireland.
The primary purpose of the position is to work with the General and Country Managers as a key member of the local management team, their staff and the global compliance team, to ensure compliance is a value added partner to the business.
We are looking for individual who have the following experience:
• Compliance experience gained within a Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Life Sciences business environment or other industries which also have high levels of Regulatory authority at the core of their or business will also be considered.
• Experience in a directly related area to compliance, such as auditing, finance, law, regulatory and/or business process improvement.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Business focused and process orientation, strong analytic capability, including the ability to identify root causes of issues and corrective actions.
This is a highly regarded role within the company, with strategic importance in the region.
