Due to major changes in the senior management team, the organisation is now looking to hire a select number of sales professionals who are among the very best large scale “rainmakers” in the IT services industry. Target Total Contract Values range from £10 million to several hundred million across all vertical markets, so we are seeking to hire the elite who can manage and close the largest outsourcing contracts.
The company is of the scale to be a major player in the market but is not encumbered with the bureaucracy and organizational complexity of some of its principal competitors.
The compensation plan has also been restructured to provide the earnings potential to attract the very best.
