Role:
Our client’s rapid growth plan requires a fresh injection of high calibre Consultants and Managers into the business to help complete the necessary portfolio of Sales, Account Management and Project Delivery skills.
These new hires will complement the very capable existing team through their in depth knowledge of the Swiss marketplace and the key customers within the geography to enable the rapid growth that the new CEO and the global organisation are looking for.
The business environment will be “hands on” and highly entrepreneurial.
Requirements:
* The ideal candidates will therefore have previously been part of similar Swiss (or DACH) initiatives and have a first class track record of Account Development and/or Project delivery for another international Blue Chip IT Solutions company.
* Strong exposure to selling or delivering complex solutions from a portfolio including many of the following: Business Intelligence, Applications, Enterprise Architecture, Information Assurance
* This should be combined with broader SI, BPO and Transformation experience.
* Key vertical market experience to compliment the Swiss business will include: Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Public Administration and Consumer/Retail
* Considerable knowledge of the Swiss marketplace, indeed there is a preference that they are focussed exclusively on this region with knowledge of key Swiss enterprise customers.
* Ideally based in Geneva or Zurich, however candidates with very strong experience in the Swiss market, who are willing to relocate or commit to the short commute on a regular weekly basis might also be considered.
* Must speak / write fluent English alongside either French or German.
