Our client is looking for a Technical Director for their new European Research and Development Centre in Germany.

The technical director will be responsible controlling and directing the operation of the company’s principal research and development laboratory. 

 

They will lead a team of senior scientists, engineers and laboratory technicians to generate foundational knowledge and apply that knowledge to product development. 

 

We are looking for individuals that fulfill the following criteria:

 

*  Proven track record in research and/or development in rechargeable battery or fuel cell technology.
* Experience of building, developing and managing teams.
* Fluent German and English.
