Our Client is a leading developer of wireless infrastructure technology with a growing revenue stream from global tier one customers and the backing of a strong VC syndicate. The company now needs to hire a world-class VP Sales and Marketing to lead the commercial organisation forward. This is the chance to lead a British technology company to global dominance in this key market. This role will be a key member of the Executive team.
Key requirements:
- A proven Sales and Marketing leader with experience of managing global sales and marketing organisations in the mobile software, hardware and/or services arena.
- Must understand complex high value sales and delivery scenarios, as well as being a deal closer.
- Ideally, experience of working in a venture capital backed early stage company,
- Excited by the prospect of playing a critical role in an ambitious and growing business with a “sleeves rolled up” approach.
- Strategic capabilities, evidence of the ability to define and execute successful sales and marketing propositions and strategies that build competitive advantage to achieve business objectives
