Role:
The Sales Manager role has full ownership for all customers in Scotland, including a £multi-million Government account, and will hold the following responsibilities:
* Sector Planning
* Value Proposition and Go-To-Market
* Virtual Team Management
* Customer Relationship Management
* Pipeline Development and Management
* Sales Execution
* Engaging with C-level contacts within customer organisations – this position owns the customer relationship and is responsible for meeting/exceeding agreed revenue and margin targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
* Proven record of excellence in complex solution sales to Central and/or Local Government
* This experience will preferably have been gained in one of the following: ERP, Systems Integration or Consulting
* Alternatively this strong sales record could be coupled with a background working within Central or Local Government
* Strong matrix management experience
* This role MUST be based in Scotland; there will be no relocation on offer so please only apply if you are located near either Glasgow or Edinburgh
