Our History

Gillamor Stephens was founded in October 1998 by Paul Gillespie, Steve Lavelle and Steve Morrison. The company offers clients a more personal and relationship focused solution to executive recruitment serving the European Technology, Online and CleanTech (TOC) marketplace. With the additions of Dominic Burrows and Graeme Bilsland, the Partner group has become one of the strongest in the industry.

As part of our dedication to leading edge technology we constantly review and expand our specialist practice areas, this has most recentrly resulted in a move into the world of CleanTech Executive Search. As the European representation of the global Access Search Partners Alliance, we are able to offer clients a truly international approach to executive search delivery.

The company continues to prosper through challenging economic times due to the strength of our relationships, and the exceptional service which has been delivered to both clients and candidates. We look forward to continuing this trend through 2010 and beyond.
