We utilise technology wherever possible to improve time to hire. Our Talent Video Matrix product lets clients play and replay recorded candidate interviews via a secure Web portal from anywhere in the world. This dramatically speeds up the search process, as searches increasingly become global.
A Partner personally oversees the delivery of every assignment. We believe in team work and have highly professional research and support functions. After every search, we conduct a Client Satisfaction Audit, asking clients to evaluate our performance and results. The feedback is then used to help us continually develop and refine the quality of our service.

Our real-time executive network contains highly structured and relational information on those candidates and contacts we have made since our inception in 1998. Initiatives such as GS-insight, our quarterly newsletter circulated to over 30,000 TOC professionals globally, helps us makes new contacts and keep track of valued existing ones.
